| Hey I-Assure, Whatever happened to the update that was coming late last year? Is anything being released soon? With the IA Controls Checklists that were released by DISA in March 2008, I think your database needs to be updated to reflect all of the IA Controls according to the MAC level and Sensitivity level. Awaiting your update to the software. Hope everything goes well. Thanks again!

| I continue having the same problem as the member above. The toolset worked great one night, the next morning all I receive are unhandled exception errors. I have logged in as Admin and Administrator. I have imported, exported, changed machines and still get the same issues. If you cannot duplicate the errors, I have two laptops that can! I have posted previously on the forum looking for answers, called for help and sent e-mail requesting help, but so far, no reply from anyone. Is there anyone out there Supreme Being???

| If one is new to the DIACAP Toolset and is at the begining of a project, would it be better for them to use the 3.0.1 release rather than the 3.1 BETA? Also, how long before the new version is officially released, with the help files?

| I think this company has stopped supporting the product as it has been a long time since 3.1 came out. The product is good for producing accreditation packages that are not accredited through any of the service related applications. However, the company has stopped responding to requests and no updates have been released since 3.1.

| My bad on missing this thread. Please send your output errors to justin.townsend@i-assure.com. We have been quite busy lately, so development of the next version has been on the back burner. We recently hired a full time developer for this product and a few others we want to release. So, hopefully we will have the next release out in the next coupla months
