OK, everthing seems to be working now.  The System Description field needs to be longer.  It'd be nicer if the POC fields included: name, rank/position, and command/office symbol and maybe contact numbers.  Thanks for the assistance.

Starting to think it may be a problem with the installation, or the permissions you have to your computer. Do you have administartive privelages? If not, could you try on a diff. computer?

Thanks

I just downloaded and installed the toolkit.  Is there a user's manual for the system?

If the issue is having administrative privileges on your PC than it probably will be a problem with most govmt employees as admistrative privileges are not something most agencies are willing to give to anyone but the network admins

Admin privelages are not required on the PC. Write permissions are required on the database file. Most people will have to get their SysAdmins to install any type of software on a Gov. computer. Depending on the process, the database file may only have write permissions for the Admin Group, so need to make sure that the User Account also has write permissions.
