Our free tools and templates, coupled with our experience enable a successful DITSCAP engagement. We allow you to focus on implementation and execution of IA technologies and solutions rather than purchasing automated tools to produce the same documentation that we offer for free.

DITSCAP C&A

I-Assure has successfully completed the DITSCAP for the Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard and DoD Joint programs. Commercial Vendors that are interested in the DITSCAP can find information here.

We specialize in tailoring the process to meet your specific needs, schedule and budget. I-Assure offers the following types of accreditation efforts:

Full DITSCAP
The DITSCAP for large applications or ACAT programs generally follows the full C&A process. I-Assure can manage and/or implement the DITSCAP, as well as supporting acquisition documents, to ensure successful Milestone decisions.

Network DITSCAP
I-Assure can apply the C&A process to your core network infrastructure. By applying the C&A effort to your core services, individual programs residing on your network do not have to accomplish as many DITSCAP tasks because a large percentage of IA Controls could be "Inherited" from the Network DITSCAP effort.

Enclave DITSCAP
Enclaves can be certified and accredited, in accordance with the DITSCAP, allowing reusable solutions to be incorporated into individual systems, sub-systems and applications, sharing the same Threat, Vulnerability and Risk profile.

Streamlined DITSCAP
The intent of the DITSCAP is not to create or generate information or documentation that has no impact on the system. Our approach aligns programmatic and risk decisions into an easily tailorable process that is agreed upon by the DITSCAP principals. Our methodology allows for a rapid SSAA development cycle based on reusable products that we have previously developed.

Legacy System DITSCAP
The C&A process for legacy systems is the same as the standard DITSCAP for systems undergoing development, with opportunities for tailoring in each phase. In most cases DITSCAP Phase 1, 2 and 3 tasks can be combined to produce a tailored SSAA.
